Flash Cooperation

The project is invested and implemented by Codelibang Power. After achieving energy savings, energy users reimburse Codelibang Power's investment costs with energy savings. Three models are available:

Energy Cost Management

During the contract period, the energy user entrusts Codelibang Power with energy system operation and management and/or energy-saving retrofits at an agreed-upon fee.

Energy Benefit Sharing

During the contract period, the energy user and Codelibang Power share the energy savings in an agreed-upon proportion.

Energy Savings Guarantee

After the project is completed, upon mutual confirmation that the actual energy savings have met the promised savings, the energy user will pay Codelibang Power the relevant fees. If the promised savings are not achieved, Codelibang Power will compensate the energy user for the difference in energy savings as agreed in the contract.

The project is invested and constructed by Kedelibang Electric Power, which will be responsible for operating it for the agreed number of years and then handing it over to the customer.

The project is invested and constructed by Kedelibang Electric Power. The project will be handed over to the customer after acceptance. The customer will pay Kedelibang Electric Power the total investment in the project plus a reasonable return in accordance with the contract.

Kedelibang Power is responsible for providing funds to purchase equipment and leasing the equipment to customers. Customers pay Kedelibang Power rent as agreed in the contract and enjoy the right to use the equipment during the lease period.

Kedelibang Power provides technical consulting services to customers during the project research and scheme design stages, and customers pay Kedelibang Power's service fees in accordance with the contract.

The project is funded by the client and commissioned to Kedelibang Electric Power to carry out the project construction.

Kedelibang Power provides equipment to customers, and customers pay Kedelibang Power for the equipment in accordance with the contract.
